Please Note: DHP’s portrait sessions are currently available for Saturdays only.

Featuring...

• 1 - 2 hours of unlimited location photography at your home or business, a park, or other chosen location.

• “Image Collection DVD” filled with 10 to 20 of your selected images and a release to allow for unlimited reproduction of prints via your personal printer or photo lab of your choice. For your personal use only.

• Option to purchase additional images.

• Private online gallery for viewing and sharing for 30 days.

• Include multiple clothing changes as time allows (not available with all sessions).

• Include your own personal props such as, musical instruments, sports equipment, etc.

IMAGE PRESENTATION.

Your images are presented on DVD in standard jpeg format. These are full size image files which provide the greatest control in final print output. The files are printable, but not necessarily ready to print, and thus may require further editing and cropping. Photo labs who provide this service may charge a higher processing fee. If printing via your home/business computer, photo editing software and a photo quality printer with photo quality ink and paper will give best results.

TERMS.

• Reserve your date and time with a $25 down payment when scheduled and balance due within seven days of your session date, or payment in full if less than seven days.

• Accepting payments via credit card online through PayPal.

• Alabama state sales tax (4.0%) is required for those clients who have an Alabama based billing and/or shipping address.

• A travel fee applies for all portrait locations outside the Limestone County, Alabama area at the current rate per mile.

• Clients will be responsible for any fees and/or obtaining permission as required for the use of their chosen location.

• If you should need to reschedule your session all payments will be applied toward another available date and time, please provide at least a 48 hour notice if possible.

• All portrait photography fees and services are subject to change without notice. Portrait photography fees are non refundable.
